The location was amazing. My room had a very nice view of the river. The staff was accommodating with luggage and allowed early check-in.
The apartment I stayed in didn't match the photos I saw online! The pictures seemed to show only one option, but reality was different. I felt a bit cheated. I think the nice pictures were from other apartments. The outdated ones were not posted.

i found the location very central (close to everything i needed). the shared kitchen was a great feature, offering convenience for preparing meals and snacks.
the keyhole to the main door was quite low, making it a bit difficult to locate at night.

The location was super central. Everything felt so close. my room at the back blocked stage noise and it was big and full of light. the bathroom had a shower. It worked great! staff members were friendly. Rooms were clean, just what i wanted.
the roof terrace could use a few more plants and some umbrellas. it was a large area with many chairs, but more shade would improve comfort. i think some greenery might brighten up the place too, i hope they consider this.

My room had a river view, i liked it so much. It provided a pleasant outlook. the air conditioning was quiet and efficient. This kept the room comfortable. the bed was cozy and big!

The location was suitable for my travel purposes.
The stairs were quite inconvenient. Ascending four flights with luggage proved arduous. My room's bathroom was separate and located outside the room. This required traversing the hallway to access it, a situation that felt somewhat awkward.

the staff was helpful at reception, assisting with parking and directions to the boat for the island trip..
The layout was quite odd. Rooms spread over two floors meant navigating many loud closing doors to unlock. it felt a bit like a maze, and my wife didn't feel particularly safe. our 'double or twin room' wasn't very clean, with black mould on the ceiling and dust in the corners. i'm not sure where the good reviews come from..

The staff helped with parking locations and directions to the boat.
The room doors are thin, and I could clearly hear someone talking and coughing through the wall! Someone was banging doors at 4.30am. This made it hard to sleep and was unbearable, even though signs requested silence.
